Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Services Representative I.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and resolve outstanding insurance receivables, including unpaid, denied, and underpaid claims
• Handle high claim volume accurately and efficiently
• Communicate effectively with customers

Required Qualifications:

• Prior EPIC Resolute Hospital Billing or Ambulatory experience
• Prior Revenue Cycle, healthcare billing, or insurance experience
• High School Degree or Equivalent
• Basic Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge
• Customer service skills
