Job Summary

Responsible for the collection and resolution of outstanding insurance receivables, the full-time Insurance Services Representative II will efficiently handle high claim volumes remotely while serving as a resource for management and co-workers within 60 miles of Springfield, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the collection and resolution of unpaid, denied, and underpaid insurance claims
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure efficient claim processing
• Display quality work habits and provide support to management and level I co-workers

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in revenue cycle or related duties
• Experience with EPIC Resolute Hospital Billing or Ambulatory systems
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Basic computer and keyboarding skills
