Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Services Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations and lead staff in billing functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor productivity and ensure timely completion of billing functions
• Provide education and feedback on billing practices and payer compliance
• Participate in staff hiring, management, and performance oversight

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates or undergraduate degree preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in healthcare transactions, including billing and insurance follow-up
• Equivalent level of education and experience may be considered
• Strong organizational and delegation skills required
• Ability to work remotely primarily within a PST schedule
