Insurance Solutions Consultant

Job Summary

To support the strategic implementation of insurance solutions, the full-time Insurance Solutions Consultant will manage the delivery and deployment of SaaS insurance products, collaborating with customers and internal teams to ensure tailored solutions that drive adoption and value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to define customer insurance workflows and operational requirements
• Develop change management strategies to align insurance processes with future operations
• Plan and execute go-live activities, including providing post-implementation support

Required qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of multifamily experience
• Experience with RealPage software, preferably insurance-related modules
• Background in insurance operations, compliance, or implementation
• Strong consulting and client-facing skills, capable of engaging with Directors and regional leaders
• Novice level proficiency in consulting processes
