Leading the firm's annuity business strategy, the full-time remote Annuity Solutions Director will manage product offerings, advisor experiences, and partner relationships across various annuity solutions while driving growth and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Developing and executing the firm's annuity strategy across multiple product types
- Serving as the primary liaison for annuity-related product reviews and approvals
- Building and maintaining strategic relationships with insurance carriers and distribution partners
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years of experience in annuities, retirement income solutions, or related fields
- Deep knowledge of various annuity products and retirement income planning
- Experience leading product strategy and managing relationships with insurance carriers
- Insurance and Series 7/6 FINRA licensing required
