Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned insurance receivables to meet business line expectations
  • Conduct timely follow-ups on accounts to prevent cash loss and ensure resolution within 90 days
  • Document actions taken and maintain compliance with federal and client regulations
Required Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience in a health care receivables environment
  • High School Diploma
  • Familiarity with patient accounting software and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient numeracy skills and knowledge of administrative procedures
