Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned insurance receivables to meet business line expectations
- Conduct timely follow-ups on accounts to prevent cash loss and ensure resolution within 90 days
- Document actions taken and maintain compliance with federal and client regulations
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in a health care receivables environment
- High School Diploma
- Familiarity with patient accounting software and basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient numeracy skills and knowledge of administrative procedures
