Insurance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage claims inventory to reduce outstanding accounts receivable
• Gather and verify patient information for billing and payment processes
• Provide customer service and respond to inquiries related to benefits and billing

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 3+ years of Denials Management experience
• 2+ years of Medical Billing/Follow-up experience
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payors
• Proficiency with PC-based applications (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
