Insurance Specialist

Job Summary

Focusing on the resolution of insurance processing errors, the full-time remote Insurance Specialist will manage claims inventory, communicate with patients and insurance companies, and ensure accurate billing and timely payments.

Key responsibilities:

• Reduce outstanding accounts receivable by managing claims inventory
• Gather and verify patient information and financial responsibility for services
• Provide excellent customer service and timely responses to inquiries related to benefits and billing

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Proficiency with PC-based applications (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Download speed of 30MB or higher & upload speed of 10MB or higher
• Access to a secure and private workspace
