Insurance Specialist - Denials Resolution

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Specialist focused on Credit Resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review accounts for credit balances and denials, determining root causes and taking corrective actions
• Submit timely and accurate appeals and process credit resolutions in alignment with payer guidelines
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and identify trends for process improvement

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in denials and credit resolution
• 2+ years of Medical Billing/Follow-up experience
• Experience with Rural Health Clinics and Critical Access Healthcare
• Proficiency with PC-based applications (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
