Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Specialist II to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor delinquent accounts and perform collection duties
• Review reports, research, and resolve issues related to payments and billing
• Contact patients to secure past due balances and answer billing and insurance questions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum two (2) years combined medical billing and payment experience required
• Demonstrate knowledge of state, federal, and third-party claims processing
• Must successfully complete required e-learning courses within 90 days of occupying the position
• For Level 2: Minimum four (4) years combined medical billing and payment experience required
