Insurance Specialist II

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Specialist II to join their team in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor delinquent accounts and perform collection duties
• Review payment postings for accuracy and resolve billing errors
• Contact patients to secure past due balances and answer billing inquiries

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum two (2) years combined medical billing and payment experience required
• Demonstrate knowledge of state, federal, and third-party claims processing
• Minimum four (4) years combined medical billing and payment experience preferred for Level 2
• Associates degree in Finance or Business preferred for Level Sr, along with additional experience in insurance resolution
