Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Specialist II - Medical Oncology for the AR Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitors delinquent accounts and performs collection duties
• Reviews payment postings for accuracy and resolves billing errors
• Contacts patients to secure past due balances and answers billing inquiries

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum two (2) years of medical billing and payment experience required
• Knowledge of state, federal, and third-party claims processing required
• Minimum four (4) years of medical billing and payment experience for Level 2
• Associates degree in Finance or Business preferred for Level Sr
