Job Summary

To support a growing sales team serving the educator market, the Insurance Specialist (Producer) will work remotely, leveraging warm, school-generated leads to build a pipeline, develop multi-line skills, and receive mentorship from an established agent.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a client pipeline using warm leads
• Receive mentorship and training to develop multi-line insurance skills
• Work towards a clear path to ownership within the agency

Required qualifications

• Valid insurance license or the ability to obtain one
• Desire to learn and grow within the insurance industry
• Strong motivation to achieve sales goals and build a client base
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Previous sales experience is a plus but not required
