Insurance Specialist with P&C License

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Specialist to provide remote CSR services to agency clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure contractual obligations to clients are met, including accurate timekeeping
• Communicate proactively and effectively with leadership, internal staff, and clients
• Verify the accuracy and timeliness of client work while maintaining confidentiality

Required Qualifications

• Minimum one year of independent insurance experience
• Experience with Vertafore agency management systems is preferred
• PC with high-speed internet and necessary security software
• Ability to sit for extended periods and maintain a designated distraction-free work area
• Insurance P&C License is strongly preferred
