Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Supervisor to manage a team of Insurance Representatives and ensure performance goals are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative functions of the Insurance department and maintain performance goals
• Coach, train, and develop staff while performing quality reviews to ensure compliance
• Produce and review reports to identify efficiency and improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare insurance collections, preferably in a supervisory role
• Ability to coach and motivate staff in line with departmental expectations
• Exceptional leadership skills
• Experience in performance feedback and staff development
