Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing and guiding staff in client-contracted work, the full-time remote Insurance Supervisor will ensure quality performance, support professional growth, and manage staff performance and attendance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain high levels of responsiveness and service quality to ensure positive client relationships and satisfaction
• Drive overall team productivity and quality standards through collaboration and support
• Distribute client accounts and manage staff performance and attendance

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• 3 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
• 1 year in a senior or lead role
• Proficiency in navigating EHR billing platforms
• 5 years of experience with healthcare transactions related to billing and insurance collections
