Insurance Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Support Specialist to assist in meeting educators' insurance needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a thorough understanding of products and processes
• Assist customers and agents with inquiries regarding coverage, billing, claims, and policy changes
• Research, process, and resolve moderately complex inquiries while maintaining quality and compliance

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Two years of college or equivalent business experience
• Property and casualty insurance experience is preferred
• Ability to obtain an Insurance Producer License and Non-Resident License within six months of hire
