Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of claims associates, providing mentorship and performance feedback
• Review total loss and lienholder claims for compliance and accuracy while enhancing claims processes
• Conduct investigations into complex claims and collaborate with clients and vendors for resolutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience managing automotive insurance claims
• Experience in auto damage assessment and total loss resolution
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Outlook
• Experience working remotely and managing responsibilities in a virtual environment
