Job Summary

Providing operational guidance in a fully remote environment, the Insurance Team Lead will manage client-specific tasks, oversee workflow processes, and conduct training for new hires while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and audit client-specific tasks using established processes
  • Conduct training and mentoring for new hires, including tracking their progress
  • Assist with departmental projects, including preparing reports and tracking quality and production
Required qualifications
  • Extensive experience with Insurance Claims, Billing, and Insurance Follow-Up
  • Detail-oriented with a professional approach to correspondence
  • Experience with Anthem BCBS is mandatory
