Job Summary
Providing operational guidance in a fully remote capacity, the Insurance Team Lead will manage client-specific tasks, conduct training for new hires, and assist with departmental projects while ensuring adherence to company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and audit client-specific tasks using process-specific methods
- Conduct new hire training and mentoring, including tracking progress and status reports
- Assist with departmental projects such as quality tracking and daily reporting
Required qualifications
- Extensive experience with Insurance Claims, Billing, and Insurance Follow-Up
- Detail-oriented with professional correspondence skills
- Must have experience with Anthem BCBS
