Job Summary

Providing operational guidance in a fully remote capacity, the Insurance Team Lead will manage client-specific tasks, conduct training for new hires, and assist with departmental projects while ensuring adherence to company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and audit client-specific tasks using process-specific methods
• Conduct new hire training and mentoring, including tracking progress and status reports
• Assist with departmental projects such as quality tracking and daily reporting

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience with Insurance Claims, Billing, and Insurance Follow-Up
• Detail-oriented with professional correspondence skills
• Must have experience with Anthem BCBS
