Job Summary

Providing technical insurance support remotely, the full-time Insurance Technician will manage renewal processes, maintain logs, and facilitate communication with clients and carriers while ensuring timely policy issuance and payments.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain and update logs of renewal Service Center business in Quote Tracker and Synergy CRM
  • Send renewal solicitations to clients and handle communication with insurance carriers during the renewal process
  • Process money mail orders, issue policies, and provide mid-term servicing of policies including cancellations and endorsements
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-3 months of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Some insurance knowledge or coursework preferred (e.g., INS21, INS22, INS23)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Experience in the veterinary industry preferred
