Job Summary
Providing technical insurance support remotely, the full-time Insurance Technician will manage renewal processes, maintain logs, and facilitate communication with clients and carriers while ensuring timely policy issuance and payments.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update logs of renewal Service Center business in Quote Tracker and Synergy CRM
- Send renewal solicitations to clients and handle communication with insurance carriers during the renewal process
- Process money mail orders, issue policies, and provide mid-term servicing of policies including cancellations and endorsements
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 months of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Some insurance knowledge or coursework preferred (e.g., INS21, INS22, INS23)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Experience in the veterinary industry preferred
