Insurance Technology Consultant

Job Summary

Owning and driving complex insurance technology and transformation initiatives, the full-time remote Insurance Technology Implementation Consultant will lead business analysis strategies, establish requirements governance, and serve as a subject matter expert across various insurance domains while partnering with senior client leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business analysis strategy across large-scale transformation programs, facilitating workshops to develop best-practice solutions
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex implementations, establishing governance models and leading cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, translating technical initiatives into clear business value and shaping long-term transformation roadmaps

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or technology implementation within the insurance industry
• Proven experience leading complex system implementations and engaging senior stakeholders
• CPCU, AIC, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar insurance or analysis credential preferred
• Expert-level business analysis and requirements leadership with a deep understanding of insurance operations
