Job Summary

Managing a remote team of Total Loss Adjusters, the full-time Insurance Total Loss Manager will oversee the settlement of total losses, recommend process improvements, and enhance customer interactions while driving product development and automation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team to settle total losses, prepare salvage vehicles, and coordinate rental reimbursements
• Recommend potential product developments and process improvements based on customer needs
• Establish infrastructure to detect and prevent violations of claims handling guidelines

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of claims handling experience
• Strong technical comprehension of liability and casualty principles
• Ability to obtain and maintain insurance licenses in several states within three months
• Familiarity with claims best practices
• High sense of professionalism and empathy in customer interactions
