Job Summary

Insurance Tracking Representative is a full-time remote position responsible for processing insurance documentation, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with loan requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Field inbound and outbound calls to customers and insurance agents while providing superior customer service
• Process and validate insurance documentation to update loan records accurately
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance knowledge and skills

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
• Willingness to attend educational classes as needed
