Insurance Tracking Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Hybrid Insurance Tracking Representative will accurately process insurance documentation, manage inbound and outbound calls with customers and insurance agents, and ensure compliance with loan requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Field inbound and outbound calls to provide customer service and obtain necessary insurance documentation
• Accurately enter and validate data to update loan records and match insurance documents
• Adhere to daily production goals and participate in team meetings and training sessions

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM using a 10-key
• Ability to understand policy forms and coverage descriptions
