Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Verification Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify patient insurance coverage for therapy benefits and communicate details to patients and staff
  • Advise patients on financial responsibilities and maintain daily reports for authorizations and scheduling
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering incoming calls and ensuring patient confidentiality
Required Qualifications and Education
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel formulas
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Preferred experience in medical insurance claims, verification, or precertification
