Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Verification Coordinator who will ensure accurate insurance verification and documentation for patient admissions in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify patient insurance coverage for therapy benefits and communicate details to patients and staff
  • Advise patients on financial responsibilities and maintain daily reports for authorizations
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering incoming calls and ensuring patient confidentiality
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
