Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Intake & Insurance Verification Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain and verify complete insurance information and manage the prior authorization process
  • Coordinate referrals with physicians' offices and the sales team during the insurance verification process
  • Document all communications related to patient insurance and financial responsibilities
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in medical billing, insurance verification, or call center roles
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with payors and prior authorization requirements
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship
