Job Summary

Insurance Verification Coordinator is a full-time, remote position responsible for verifying patient insurance coverage, managing benefit communications, and maintaining reports to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify patient insurance coverage for therapy benefits and communicate details to patients and staff
  • Advise patients on financial responsibilities and maintain daily reports for authorizations
  • Provide excellent customer service through prompt and professional communication
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in medical insurance claims, verification, or precertification preferred
  • Familiarity with online insurance verification tools and office procedures preferred
