Key Responsibilities

• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits for outpatient visits and procedures
• Complete patient accounts in a timely manner to support patient satisfaction and authorization activities
• Provide customer service and assist patients with insurance-related questions and concerns

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
• Computer literate, with experience in EPIC scheduling and registration preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of insurance authorization and referral guidelines
• Ability to work in a team environment and manage stress effectively
