Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Verification Representative to work remotely in the Tri-County Area.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete accounts in a timely manner to support patient satisfaction and authorization activities
• Verify eligibility and benefits through various sources and update insurance information in the system
• Assist patients and healthcare staff with insurance-related inquiries and ensure effective communication regarding authorizations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in insurance verification
• Computer literate, with experience in EPIC scheduling and registration preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of insurance authorization and referral guidelines
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in stressful situations
