A company is looking for an Intake Representative - Insurance Verification.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify patient information, including insurance benefits and authorization requirements
• Submit authorizations timely and follow up on determinations as needed
• Update patient information to ensure timely billing cycles

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of health insurance programs and the medical insurance industry preferred
• Previous experience in insurance verification preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurer rules and regulations
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office
