Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Verification Representative (H).

Key Responsibilities

• Complete insurance verification accounts in a timely manner to support patient satisfaction and authorization activities
• Educate and assist patients and healthcare staff regarding insurance-related questions and authorization processes
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and perform other assigned duties as needed

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of insurance authorization and referral guidelines
• Ability to work under high stress and time constraints while maintaining composure
• Experience in customer service and patient interaction
• Bi-lingual knowledge is a plus
• Proactive and resourceful in problem-solving
