Job Summary

Insurance Verification Representative is a full-time remote position responsible for timely insurance verification, managing patient authorizations, and providing customer service related to insurance inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete insurance verification and authorization processes to support patient services
• Assist patients and staff with insurance-related questions and ensure financial clearance
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and maintain productivity standards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Demonstrated knowledge of insurance authorization and referral guidelines
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse patients and staff
• Experience in customer service within a healthcare setting
• Ability to work under stress and manage time constraints
• Bi-lingual knowledge is a plus
