Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time Insurance Verification Representative will efficiently verify insurance information, obtain authorizations, and collaborate with various departments remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Independently and collaboratively manage work volume to meet productivity standards while accurately collecting and verifying insurance information
• Serve as a liaison between multiple departments to facilitate insurance pre-authorization and support cross-training efforts
• Utilize medical records and collaborate with internal and external resources to confirm insurance eligibility and resolve issues as needed
