Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Verification Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct phone calls to verify information for insurance policies
  • Establish and maintain relationships with insurance agencies and stakeholders
  • Accurately record verified information and provide progress reports to managers
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business insurance with COI familiarity
  • At least 2 years of experience in phone verification or customer service roles
  • Additional fluency in another language is desirable
  • Knowledge of Zendesk is advantageous
  • Adaptability to evolving industry standards and proactive learning approach
