Job Summary
A company is looking for an Insurance Verification Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct phone calls to verify information for insurance policies
- Establish and maintain relationships with insurance agencies and stakeholders
- Accurately record verified information and provide progress reports to managers
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business insurance with COI familiarity
- At least 2 years of experience in phone verification or customer service roles
- Additional fluency in another language is desirable
- Knowledge of Zendesk is advantageous
- Adaptability to evolving industry standards and proactive learning approach
