Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Verification Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting phone calls to verify information provided by clients or relevant parties for accuracy and compliance with insurance policies
  • Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with insurance agencies, brokers, and stakeholders to facilitate information verification
  • Performing accurate data entry to record verified information into databases or management systems
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business insurance; insurance agent license preferred
  • Familiarity with Certificates of Insurance (COI)
  • At least 2 years of experience in phone verification or customer service roles
  • Proficiency in English; additional language fluency is desirable
  • Knowledge of Zendesk is advantageous
