Job Summary
A company is looking for an Insurance Verification Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting phone calls to verify information provided by clients or relevant parties for accuracy and compliance with insurance policies
- Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with insurance agencies, brokers, and stakeholders to facilitate information verification
- Performing accurate data entry to record verified information into databases or management systems
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business insurance; insurance agent license preferred
- Familiarity with Certificates of Insurance (COI)
- At least 2 years of experience in phone verification or customer service roles
- Proficiency in English; additional language fluency is desirable
- Knowledge of Zendesk is advantageous
