  • Utilize the Quality Assurance database to assess additional customer information needed
  • Maintain communication with management and complete necessary paperwork accurately
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum typing speed of 35 wpm
  • Proficient in computer use and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
  • Ability to work full-time and/or part-time as required
  • Reliable attendance and ability to multitask under pressure
