- Make outbound calls to verify and document information for life and health insurance applications
- Utilize the Quality Assurance database to assess additional customer information needed
- Maintain communication with management and complete necessary paperwork accurately
Required Qualifications
- Minimum typing speed of 35 wpm
- Proficient in computer use and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
- Ability to work full-time and/or part-time as required
- Reliable attendance and ability to multitask under pressure
