Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Register patients and verify insurance coverage
Manage accounts receivable for Ambulatory Surgical Centers, including submitting appeals and researching denials
Collect payments from patients and provide financial responsibility information

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent
Experience in medical office insurance verification
Knowledge of medical billing, insurance guidelines, and appeals process
Healthcare insurance collecting experience
Familiarity with computers and Windows-driven software
