Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to verify and document information for insurance applications
- Conduct assessments using the Quality Assurance database to determine additional verification needs
- Explain the application process to customers and maintain communication with management
Required Qualifications
- Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute
- Proficient in computer use and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Reliable attendance and ability to work part-time or full-time as required
