Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Verification Specialist (Part-Time Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to verify and document information for insurance applications
  • Conduct assessments using the Quality Assurance database to determine additional verification needs
  • Explain the application process to customers and maintain communication with management
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute
  • Proficient in computer use and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work part-time or full-time as required
