Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Verification Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to verify and document information for underwriting applications
• Utilize the Quality Assurance database to assess additional customer information needed
• Explain the application process and maintain communication with management regarding database actions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum typing speed of 35 wpm
• Proficient in computer use, including Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
• Ability to work full-time or part-time as required
• Desire to learn and grow within the company
