Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Insurance Verification Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to verify and document information for insurance applications
• Conduct assessments using the Quality Assurance database to determine additional verification needed
• Explain the application process clearly to potential customers and complete necessary paperwork

Required Qualifications

• Minimum typing speed of 35 wpm
• Knowledge of medical terminology and spelling is a plus
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Reliable and predictable attendance
• Desire to learn and grow within the company
