Key Responsibilities

Gather and verify patient insurance benefit information through communication with payers
Document and initiate prior authorization processes and claims appeals
Act as a liaison between healthcare providers, field representatives, and patients

Required Qualifications

In-depth understanding and experience with Major Medical & Pharmacy Benefit Coverage
2 to 3 years of benefit investigation experience involving insurance coverage analysis
2 to 3 years of experience interacting with healthcare providers regarding insurance plan requirements
Salesforce system experience preferred
