Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and verify patient insurance benefit information through communication with payers
  • Document and initiate prior authorization processes and claims appeals
  • Act as a liaison between healthcare providers, field representatives, and patients
Required Qualifications
  • In-depth understanding and experience with Major Medical & Pharmacy Benefit Coverage
  • 2 to 3 years of benefit investigation experience involving insurance coverage analysis
  • 2 to 3 years of experience interacting with healthcare providers regarding insurance plan requirements
  • Salesforce system experience preferred
