Job Summary

To support a customer-focused team, the full-time Insurance Verification Specialist will efficiently compile benefits, eligibility, and prior authorization requirements for multiple insurance companies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Research, review, and document benefits, eligibility, and authorization requirements within the system
  • Coordinate information between referring physicians, insurance companies, and treatment clinics
  • Complete 35-50 verification tasks per day with high accuracy and communicate financial responsibilities to the Insurance Liaison team
Required qualifications:
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in professional communication, both internal and external
  • Proficiency with computer software such as Microsoft Outlook and Adobe
  • Investigative and problem-solving mindset
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Professional verbal and written communication style
