Insurance Verification Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing Revenue Cycle Department, the remote Insurance Verification Specialist will verify insurance coverage, accurately enter data into the dental practice management system, and resolve entry errors while ensuring a seamless experience for partnered dental offices.

Key responsibilities

• Verify insurance coverage and benefits for dental practices
• Accurately enter and reconcile data in the dental practice management system
• Identify and resolve entry errors and run reports for data reconciliation

Required qualifications

• High school diploma
• Experience with MS Office Products
• 2 years of previous medical or dental insurance experience preferred
• Ability to navigate various web portals with ease
• Availability to work evenings and potentially some Saturdays
