Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Verifier for an Infusion Clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify eligibility of insurance and input/update insurance information accurately
  • Obtain and document pre-authorization information for scheduled and emergent patients
  • Communicate verification issues and relevant information to appropriate departments in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
  • 2 Year / Associate Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1.5 years of related experience in healthcare
  • Proficiency in various computer programs and insurance verification systems
  • Knowledge of billing requirements from third-party insurers
  • Ability to adapt to changes and continue education requirements
