Key Responsibilities

• Verify customer benefits via phone, fax, and web portal

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• One year of experience in a professional setting, preferably in healthcare
• Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance codes (HCPCS/ICD-10)
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance guidelines
• Background check and drug screening may be required
