Insurtech Product Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing portfolio of credit union partners, the full-time Insurtech Product Specialist will manage product adoption, enablement, and partner relationships while delivering scalable training programs and optimizing engagement strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary product expert for Silvur's Insurance platform, designing and delivering training programs for credit union staff and stakeholders
• Own and maintain relationships with 16+ credit union partners, conducting quarterly business reviews and identifying opportunities for deeper product usage
• Lead new partner onboarding from kickoff to deployment, coordinating project timelines and training delivery

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in partner success, client onboarding, account management, or product specialist roles managing large portfolios
• Startup experience with a proven ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and build processes from scratch
• Background in insurance, financial services, or B2B2C platform partnerships
• Experience in data collection and analysis to inform decision-making
• Familiarity with modern AI tools and a lightweight tech stack, including Claude and Google Workspace
