Job Summary
A company is looking for an Intake Administrative Specialist - Allocator (Part-Time).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily phone contact with clients and dispatch halls, ensuring professional relationships
- Prepare and complete allocation worksheets and reports, maintaining accurate logs and records
- Support administrative tasks and maintain compliance with ISO standards and reporting requirements
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of computer-related experience
- 4-year degree or certification in office-related work, or 4-5 years of relevant office experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn Oracle
- Ability to operate standard office equipment and manage multiple projects
- Capacity to maintain confidentiality and work independently in a dynamic environment
