Job Summary

Providing comprehensive administrative support to a designated client, the full-time Intake Administrative Specialist will manage tasks such as meeting preparation, report generation, and document processing while working remotely up to 40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities
  • Assisting with all administrative requests and maintaining accurate personnel records
  • Preparing weekly reports and presentations for the client, ensuring timely and accurate communication
  • Monitoring and updating client information on their website and document management systems
Required qualifications
  • 2-year degree or certification in office-related work, or 4-5 years of relevant experience
  • 1-2 years of computer-related experience, with expert-level skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to learn Oracle and Lotus Notes
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under time constraints
  • Experience handling confidential information and maintaining compliance with security standards
